Drinks - soft drinks and Bulgarian light alcohol (beer and wine) at dinner.
Use of indoor pools with mineral water (28-32) degrees; thermal zone (Finnish sauna, steam bath, contrast shower and shock bucket), outdoor jacuzzi, fitness, free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) on the hotel territory, free parking.
Meals on an All inclusive basis: breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner (international cuisine);
Drinks - Bulgarian alcoholic (certain brand), wine /white or red/, coffee, milk, tea, fruit juice, mineral water and carbonated soft drinks.

Surcharge Policy:
- Children up to 2 years old - free
- One adult with one child from 2 to 11.99 years - 100% of the price of a double room.
- One adult with two children from 2 to 11.99 years. - both children pay 50% of the price for an adult.
- Two adults with one child up to 11.99 years old. - the child is free.
- Two adults with two children up to 11.99 years old - the first child is free; the second pays 50% of the adult price.
- An adult on an extra bed in a room pays 80% of the price for an adult on a regular bed.
- SGL - Double room for single use - 20% discount on the double room price
Note:
- All prices include VAT, insurance and tourist tax.
- Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
- In connection with the Cash Payments Restriction Act (CPA) on the territory of the Terma Village complex, the amount that can be accepted as a cash payment must not exceed BGN 10,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency!
- In case of shortening the number of nights during the stay, a penalty of at least 1 night will be applied.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- Early bookings -20%/-25%/-30% until 20.11.2023:
Deposit payment 30% of the reservation value within 7 days of the reservation date by credit card, bank transfer or cash at reception.
The remaining 70% of the reservation amount is to be paid by 01.12.2023.
Free cancellation until 20.11.23
For cancellations made in the period from 21.11 to 03.11 - 30% of the reservation amount is retained.
- Regular prices:
Deposit payment 20% of the reservation value up to 7 days from the reservation date by credit card, bank transfer or in cash at reception.
The remaining 80% of the reservation amount is to be paid by 01.12.2023.
Free cancellation until 03.11.23
For cancellations made in the period from 04.11 to 01.12 - 20% of the reservation amount is retained.
- For reservations made in the period 02.12 - 14.12.2023.
Deposit payment 50% of the reservation value within 3 days of the reservation date by credit card, bank transfer or cash at reception.
The remaining 50% of the reservation amount is to be paid by 14.12.2023.
Free cancellation up to 3 days from the reservation date
- For reservations made after 15.12.2023.
Deposit payment 100% of the reservation value within 3 days of the reservation date by credit card, bank transfer or cash at reception.
* Amounts not paid on time according to the payment policy, the reservation is considered canceled and the hotel reserves the right to retain a penalty according to the cancellation policy.
