Types of meals
• Meals on BB basis (bed and breakfast, hot drinks, table water)
• Meals on HB+ basis: breakfast and dinner (international cuisine); Bulgarian brands of wine and beer, soft drinks and juices, table water at dinner.
• Meals on All inclusive basis: breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner (international cuisine); Bulgarian brands of alcoholic beverages, wine and beer, soft drinks and juices, table water.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT POLICY:
• Children up to 2 years old – free.
• One adult with one child from 2 to 11.99 years old - 100% of the price of a double room.
• One adult with two children from 2 to 11.99 years old - both children pay 50% of the price for an adult.
• Two adults with one child up to 11.99 years old - the child is accommodated free of charge.
• *Two adults with two children up to 13.99 years old - Each child pays 50% of the adult price for a standard double room with bunk beds - 2+2
• An adult on an extra bed in a room pays 80% of the adult price on a regular bed.
• SGL - Double room for single use - 20% discount on the double room price.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment of a deposit of 50% of the reservation value within three days of the reservation date by credit card, bank transfer or in cash at the reception.
The remaining 50% of the reservation amount is paid at the reception.
Free cancellation up to three days after the reservation confirmation is sent.
In case of cancellation after the specified period, the prepaid amounts are not subject to refund.
In case of reducing the number of nights during the stay, a penalty of at least 1 night will be applied.

The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the New Year packages.

• All prices include VAT
• Pets are allowed - BGN 50 / € 25.56 /day.
• In connection with the Cash Payments Restriction Act (CPA) on the territory of the Therma Village complex, the amount that can be accepted as a cash payment must not exceed 10,000 BGN/ 5,112 93 € or its equivalent in currency!
