COVID-19 has put us through difficult trials, which also necessitated that we engage in the fight against its spread.

As such, we have temporarily closed the doors of the complex to do everything necessary to ensure a safe environment and atmosphere for you - our customers, and all our employees. Our main priority is to preserve your health and increase your immunity.

We have prepared a package of measures that we will take effect immediately after the lifting of the quarantine from the tourist sites.

We have developed a hygiene plan to ensure maximum customer safety, which includes:
 

·        The use of disinfectants and a high degree of security, the installation of disinfectant dispensers at the entrances to the hotel and restaurant, SPA centers.

·        Disinfection in swimming pools, changing rooms, fitness centers, public areas, and indoor sports facilities.

·        Our staff will service you with appropriate clothing and gloves.

·        In addition to the standard buffet service, guests will be served on a pre-prepared menu and serviced by waiters and disposable tableware or Room Service.

·        We will also arrange hourly catering at the request of our customers to avoid the crowding in the restaurants.

The complex is ready to welcome both individual guests and athletes for camps.
