Hotel Policy

           Please read our policy:

General Rules

1. The following rules are according to the Bulgarian legislation.
2. Spa and Sport Complex Therma Village will keep your confidentiality.
3. The hotel keeps the right may terminate the provision of services to those guests who violate the rules and do not respect the hotel policy.

Arriving and departure policy

1. The hotel reception is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Departure is before 12 noon, arriving is after 3:00 pm.
2. All guests need to fill a registration form upon arrival at reception.
3. Payment shall be made upon your arrival.
4. In case of reduction of the number of nights during the stay, a sanction in the amount of at least 1 night will be applied.
5. Late departure shall will be charged prior to hotel policy :

• 12:30 to 4 pm. - 25 % from room price.
• 12:30 to 9 pm.  – 50% from room price.

      Late departure is allowed if we have free rooms available.

We keep the right to charge guest account automatically 25% from room price if your departure is after 12:30.

6. Rooms’ clean service is during 9am to 4pm. If there is a sign on your room “Do not disturb” and you change it after 4:00 pm with sign “Please, clean”, the room will not be cleaned. Please, call reception fro assistance.
7. You need to carry your hotel wristband!.
8. Consummation from mini bar will be charged upon hotel pricelist.
9. Breakfast is served from 7:30am – 10:00am., lunch from 12:30 to 2:00pm., snack time 4pm. To 5pm., dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
10. Taking food and beverages outside the restaurant is not allowed. If you do that hotel keeps the right to charge you a tax upon every item.
11. Please leave all valuable things and personal belongings in room safe or at reception. Hotel is not responsible for your personal belongings.
12. All personal belongings left in the hotel will be kept within a month.
13. Please, keep safe all hotel properties and follow fire safety rules. Before leaving your room, please close all windows, turn off water taps, and turn off the lights and electricity. Guests will be charged for any ruined and broken hotel property.
14.  Please, do not use the fire alarm in your room without a reason.
15. Please, note that parking places cannot be reserved. The hotel administration is not responsible for any damages on your automobile!
16. You are welcome to leave your response or recommendation at reception or when you fill in the hotel questionnaire.
17. The hotel keeps the right to ask guests who does not obey our policy rules to leave without recovering of any payments made in advance.
18. Upon departure all guests must return room keys and wristbands at reception.
19. Accommodation with pets up to 3 kg - upon request.

For the provision of safety in the hotel is forbidden:

1. Smoking in all indoors and places around swimming pools.
2. Use of electric and gas utensils in the room.
3. Returning the key room from third persons not responsible for your room stay.
4. Storage of all items which are in danger of health and life of other people.
5. Moving furniture outside from the rooms.
6. Breach of generally accepted standards of behavior, aggressive behavior and actions threatening the health and property of others.
7. Ruin of any hotel property.
8. Parking cars at the entrance of hotel and in a way that blocks hotel traffic.
9. Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel - lobby, restaurants, Spa center, etc.
