In view of the emergency situation and the spread of the COVID-19 in Europe, we would like to inform you that our complexes have taken all the necessary measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus in our territory. We will continue to monitor the situation and strive to comply strictly with all measures and orders that come from our Government, Ministry of Health and Local Authorities.

We are going through these difficult times together. We understand that the likelihood that you will not travel is very high. For this reason, we would like to express our understanding with this letter and thank you that despite the situation you have put your trust in our complexes by making reservations with us.

We would like to inform you and assure you that the amounts paid as deposits on canceled and pending reservations are guaranteed. We believe that only by working together will we be able to master this situation and will we be able to meet this challenge.

The Bulgarian Government imposed a state of emergency until 15.04.2020.

After this period we will be ready to resume our activity and open the Therma ECO Village and Therma Palace Complexes for our guests.

Our passion remains our guests and the hospitality industry as a whole. Therefore, we will be glad to welcome you in the late spring and summer to enjoy our beautiful nature, mineral water, strengthen your health in our SPA centers and last but not least the new sports facilities - tennis courts, football field, which will be available to you in the coming season.
